At Bed Threads, we want you to love your linen as much as we do, which is why we offer a 60-day return window for all unused and unwashed items in their original packaging. Whether you have changed your mind or need a different colorway, we are here to ensure your home sanctuary is absolutely perfect.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold your linen and place it back into its original fabric pouch and shipping box to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
